On September 13th, at 9 a.m., we were already at the port. The Argus, an expedition ship that mostly works in the far north, was waiting for us. Loading our vehicles onto the ship started at 3:30 p.m. This marked the beginning of our ocean journey from Morocco to Namibia, specifically from Agadir to Walvis Bay. According to the plan, it will take 21 days, but much depends on the weather. After loading, we started to settle in. The cabins are quite comfortable. We brought our clothes on board. Marcel immediately began setting up the Starlink terminal. Now we can check how Starlink works at the equator. So far, the speed is almost 50 Mbps.
The next morning was calm. At 8:30, we left the pier. The only ones who saw us off were the dolphins. September 15th marks our first full day at sea and our first night on the ship. Everything is going smoothly so far. The waters are calm, making it easy to sleep. Stay tuned on our journey!
