On February 22 at 14:00 the Yemelya Team of 13 people started from Cambridge Bay to Resolute. Our team was settling in by pushing through difficult days with high winds and near zero visibility in a whiteout.
We had to do some maintenance to the trailers but all going well. We saw more grey on the satellite and anticipate slower going with rougher ice. Manually inflated tires to prepare for ice pressure ridges.
