We had the pleasure of visiting Kiilinik High School in Cambridge Bay. We were introduced to the teachers and kids in grades 7 to 12. We showed them our Yemelya vehicle and explained the Expedition: where we’re going, and the science projects we’re doing. They were all excited, just as we are!
The Arctic Trucks Team continued south to Cheyenne to prepare for crossing Antarctica in December and January after having completed the return expedition. We covered in total approximately 650km on sea ice, 545km on unprepared surface/lakes, and Tundra, 750km on winter road/iceroad and 100km on the Ingram trail.
