Seven months ago, we started our adventure. It feels like a lifetime and just moments ago when we set foot on this path. There’s just a bit more travelling around Europe left. As we approach the final days of our journey, we can’t help but realize that the easiest stage is coming to an end. The days ahead are promising to be both exciting and challenging, filled with the last of the explorations. Our five-day stop in Geneva came to an end. It was a bittersweet farewell; the city had treated us well. We packed our bags, said our goodbyes to Switzerland, and headed west.
Our big team made it to Clermont-Ferrand and visited company’s Michelin museum — it was a fascinating dive into the world of one of the most renowned tire manufacturers. The journey to Clermont-Ferrand was scenic, with the landscape gradually changing from the serene vistas of Switzerland to the rolling hills of France’s Auvergne region.
Next we were heading to Toulouse. Our team stopped at a quaint charming village gas station. The locals joked that we had fulfilled their weekly sales plan, bringing a burst of liveliness with our unexpected visit. They were curious and welcoming, sharing smiles and stories. We stretched our legs, enjoyed some freshly brewed coffee, and basked in the small-town hospitality.
